These Terms of Service are between you and Localsurance Inc. ("Localsurance," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Localsurance platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Localsurance offers an online experience for selecting, enrolling in, and managing international health insurance for remote and distributed teams. Localsurance does not underwrite insurance policies. Insurance availability, eligibility, final pricing, and coverage terms depend on the applicable carrier, policy, and location.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Insurance Information

The insurance quotes, plan details, and pricing information provided through our platform are for informational purposes. Final coverage terms, conditions, and pricing are determined by the applicable insurance carrier. Localsurance does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any insurance product.

Plans are provided through Now Health International and its applicable underwriting partners. Eligibility, coverage, and final terms are governed by the issued policy documents.

6. Availability

Insurance products and services are available only where offered by the applicable carrier and where applicable eligibility, legal, and regulatory requirements are met. Availability varies by location and customer circumstances.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellation and refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: providing false information, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the platform's operation, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Localsurance platform are owned by Localsurance Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Localsurance Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.
